We never see your password and we never store your login. Verification is read-only and encrypted end to end.
Instead of asking for pay stubs or T4s, we use a secure read-only connection to your bank to confirm your income, the same kind of technology used by tax software and major fintechs.
You sign in directly with your bank. Your credentials never touch our servers.
We can view recent transactions to verify income. We cannot move money or change anything.
Your data is encrypted in transit with bank-grade TLS.
Don't take our word for it. Thousands of borrowers have left reviews on Trustpilot, an independent review platform.
No corporate fluff. If you've been turned down before, hate hidden fees, or worry about your credit, start here.
Skip ahead and applyVery possibly. We focus on your income and recent banking activity, not just your credit score, so being turned down by a bank doesn't automatically rule you out. Approval isn't guaranteed: we only lend what your income shows you can repay.
Your full cost is shown before you sign anything. A $500 loan works out to about $110 per payment.
We'll be honest: that's more expensive than a bank loan or line of credit, so it's best for short, one-off emergencies. There are no setup fees and no penalty for paying early. Your exact payment is confirmed in your agreement before you sign.
No. We don't run a hard credit check, so applying won't affect your credit score.
Between $250 and $1,500. Your limit depends on your verified income and provincial rules (for example, in Ontario a payday loan can't be more than 50% of your net pay). We won't lend more than you can comfortably repay.
In one payment, usually on your next payday (never more than 62 days). The payment is taken automatically from your bank account on the due date in your agreement. You can pay early any time at no extra cost.
Contact us before your due date. We'll walk you through the options allowed in your province. For example, in Ontario, if you take a third loan within 63 days you're entitled to an extended payment plan.
A missed payment can lead to a returned-payment (NSF) fee and interest on the overdue amount. Your province caps these charges, and the exact amounts are in your loan agreement.
Yes. Provincial law gives you a cooling-off period (2 business days in most provinces) to cancel without paying any fee. You just return the money you received.
Yes. You sign in directly through your bank's secure portal, so we never see or store your password. We get read-only access to verify income. We can't move money or make changes.
Our loans need predictable income to be repaid responsibly. We can't currently lend to people whose primary income is government assistance, or who have filed for bankruptcy in the last 12 months. You also need to be the age of majority in your province and live in one of the nine provinces we serve (not Quebec or the territories).
Self-employed and freelance income with regular deposits does qualify.
Yes. We're a direct lender (not a broker) serving nine Canadian provinces. Questions? Email info@lenderbucks.com.
